Heritage Property Restoration
For this sensitive restoration project, BAS Building was tasked with revitalizing a Grade II listed property. Our focus was on preserving the historical character while upgrading the building to modern living standards. This included specialized masonry repair, timber frame restoration, and the careful replacement of period-accurate windows. We worked closely with conservation officers to ensure all materials—including lime mortar and reclaimed brickwork—met historical requirements. The project successfully combined the charm of the past with the comforts of the future, featuring a fully modernized plumbing and electrical system hidden behind the traditional aesthetic.
