This project focused on "de-compartmentalizing" a traditional floor plan to create a vast, open-plan kitchen and dining area. We handled the removal of several load-bearing walls, replacing them with recessed structural steel to create a flush, uninterrupted ceiling. Our team managed the entire process, including the installation of underfloor heating, premium porcelain tiling, and a custom-designed kitchen island. The transformation completely changed the flow of the home, making it a social hub designed for modern family life, finished with the precision and cleanliness that BAS Building is known for.
