The Modern Glass Extension

This project involved the structural transformation of a traditional Victorian home into a light-filled contemporary living space. Our team managed the full lifecycle of the build, from the initial steelwork installation to the seamless integration of floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors. By utilizing high-performance thermal glazing and custom-engineered steel frames, we created a seamless transition between the interior kitchen and the external garden terrace. The result is a stunning, energy-efficient architectural statement that significantly increased the property's square footage and market value, all while maintaining the structural integrity of the original heritage building.
